This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you download, install, play, or otherwise use the mobile game Zoo Puzzle - Match Animal (the "Game") from the Apple App Store, when you use our website (including the coin recharge page), and how we use, share, retain, and protect that information. It also describes your privacy rights under applicable United States and California law.
The categories of data collected by the Game are also disclosed in the App Privacy section of our App Store listing. We keep that disclosure consistent with this Policy.
By using the Game or our website, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile identifiers (when you provide them). If the Game or our recharge service associates activity with a player profile, we may collect a Game Account ID, email address, mobile phone number, display name, or similar identifiers you submit when creating an account, topping up coins on our website, or contacting support.
- Device and technical information (collected automatically). Device model, operating-system version and language, app version, IP address, time zone, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
- Advertising identifiers. On iOS, we or our partners may use Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or similar resettable device identifiers for analytics or advertising, subject to your device settings and App Tracking Transparency choices. See Section 5.
- Commercial information. Records of in-app purchases through the App Store (item, amount, transaction time, and Apple receipt or transaction identifiers) and coin purchases made through our website recharge flow. Payment-card and wallet details for App Store purchases are processed by Apple; website payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank-account credentials.
- Game activity. Levels played, completion data, hint/shuffle/booster usage, session length, settings, in-game progress, save data, and similar gameplay telemetry used to operate, analyze, and improve the Game.
- Coarse location. Country or region inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
- Customer-support communications. Information you send when you contact us (e.g., your message, screenshots, Game Account ID, and contact details).
- Inferences. Aggregated insights derived from the above (e.g., difficulty preferences) used to balance and improve the Game.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric identifiers for the purpose of uniquely identifying you.
2. How and Why We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes, based on your consent, our legitimate business purposes, performance of our services, or compliance with law, as applicable:
- To create, operate, secure, and maintain player accounts and game progress;
- To deliver the Game's features, save progress, and synchronize purchases across reinstalls where supported;
- To process in-app purchases through the App Store and coin purchases through our website;
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- To send transactional notices (e.g., security alerts or account-deletion confirmations);
- To monitor crashes, debug issues, balance difficulty, and improve gameplay;
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, cheating, and security incidents;
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service;
- To send optional promotional communications only where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time).
We will not use your information for materially different purposes without first providing notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for monetary or other valuable consideration. We disclose information only as follows:
- Service providers. Cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer-support tools, payment processors, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Apple. App Store distribution and in-app purchase billing are handled by Apple Inc. under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
- Payment processors. Website recharge transactions are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
- Legal compliance. When required by subpoena, court order, lawful government request, or applicable law, or to defend our legal rights.
- Protection of rights. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of , our players, or the public.
- Corporate transactions. In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred with notice as required by law.
- With your consent in any other case.
4. Third-Party SDKs, Analytics, and Advertising
The Game may integrate third-party software development kits ("SDKs") for crash reporting, analytics, advertising, ad mediation, or similar functions. Each provider acts under its own privacy policy. Data they may collect can include device identifiers, IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, app and device characteristics, and event-level usage data.

Your controls over tracking and advertising on iOS:
- App Tracking Transparency: when prompted, you may deny permission for the app to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.
- Limit Ad Tracking: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for specific apps or globally.
- Apple Advertising: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to limit personalized ads from Apple's ad platform.
- For general information about online privacy in the United States, visit the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law:
- Active account data (profile, save data, identifiers): retained while your account is active, plus up to 180 days after a deletion request to allow recovery from accidental deletion, then deleted or anonymized.
- Purchase and tax records: retained for up to 7 years or as required by applicable U.S. federal and California tax and accounting laws; payment-card data is never stored by us.
- Crash logs and gameplay analytics: kept in identifiable form for up to 24 months, then aggregated or anonymized.
- Customer-support correspondence: retained for up to 3 years.
- Information subject to a legal hold: retained for the duration of the relevant proceeding, then deleted.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including:
- Transport encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for data sent between the Game, our website, and our servers;
- Encryption at rest for credentials and other sensitive fields, with hashed-and-salted password storage where applicable;
- Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles for personnel;
- Periodic security review and vulnerability remediation.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that requires notification under applicable U.S. or California law, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required.
7. Data Location and International Processing
We are based in California, United States. Information we collect may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Game or our website, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Zoo Puzzle - Match Animal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at and we will investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information promptly. Parents may use Screen Time and Ask to Buy on Apple devices to help prevent unauthorized in-app purchases.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time, consistent with Apple's account-deletion requirements for apps that support accounts:
- In-app (if available): open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Game and follow the on-screen confirmation.
- By email: send a request to with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your Game Account ID and any email or phone associated with your account for verification.
What we delete: account identifiers, saved progress tied to your account, support history linked to your account, and other personal information not subject to legal retention.
What we may retain (in limited form):
- Purchase, refund, and tax records as required by applicable law;
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to you;
- Records necessary to detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Information we must retain under a legal hold or lawful government request.
Timing: we will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer period is required by law. After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. We will confirm completion by email where possible.
10. Your Privacy Rights (California and United States)
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know / access — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (see Section 9);
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share as defined under CCPA/CPRA);
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — where applicable under California law;

11. Marketing and Do Not Track
We send promotional communications only where you have opted in, and you may opt out at any time. Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal; there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Third-party SDKs integrated into the Game (see Section 4) may collect information about your activity over time as disclosed in our App Store listing; this Policy is the authoritative statement of our practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via in-game notice, website notice, or email where we have your address. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
